Finding a tee time in the Bay Area used to mean a dozen browser tabs: one for each course, each on its own booking system. Golf The Bay puts them all in one place.
We read the tee sheets of 133 public courses straight from the systems they book through, all day long, and line up every open time with its real price. That means the rate you'd actually pay, not the rack rate. Search by region, town, or course name, compare, then book directly with the course. We never take a fee or mark anything up.
Searching is free and needs no account. A free membership adds the things that help you play more: alerts when a time opens up, a scorebook, your regular crew, and more, listed below.
What you can do

- ii. See real prices side by side. Live rates pulled from GolfNow, ForeUp, Chronogolf, TeeItUp and the other systems courses use, refreshed through the day.
- iii. Find the deals. Twilight rates (a third off, on average), the closest courses to you by drive time, and The Golf Report, our running study of what Bay Area golf costs and how fast tee times go.
- iv. Know the course before you go. Scorecards, yardage, slope and rating, photos, history, reviews and the weather for every course.

- i. Tee-time alerts. Name the course, day, time and price you want, and we'll text or email you the moment it opens.
- ii. Favorites that follow you. Save your courses once, and the tee-time search opens on them, on any device.
- iii. Scorebook, stats and the Passport. Log rounds, track your scoring and handicap trend, and collect a stamp for every Bay Area course you play.
- iv. Crews, polls and messages. Keep your regular foursome in one place, share a tee time so friends can claim a spot, and put options to a vote.
